Extra hour

This week has been pretty exhausting. I had a midterm on Wednesday for my stupid ethics pass/fail class that tries to be all important. The class is ridiculous and I had a real test on Thursday for neuroscience so I had to spend time to studying for that test instead of my actual important test and I'm not even sure I really passed the pass/fail test (they also give us papers to write and require community service for the class). Anyway then Thursday after my neuro test I had my first thinking bad of a nurse moment. I've always said I wouldn't be one of those doctors (and I probably won't) but on my way out of the parking lot after neuro (having been up since 5, up the night before studying and taking one of those tests you either did really well on or really sucked on but don't really know which) this little blonde girl in a pair of the Victoria secret line pink pants with pink written on the butt with her big sunglasses on decides to stay in my lane of the parking lot and walk extremely slowly and obliviously to me to her nursing building to which I voiced my opinion of effing nursing student.

Now...deep breath...I haven't been angry and all for the entire time since the last update. I did have spring break last week and got to go shopping for new clothes (yay for new sizes) with mom. We went on Tuesday and then she called me Wed morning and said, we went the wrong day everything is 40% off of the sale price from yesterday. So....we went back and if they had the same things from the day before re-bought it and then got some new stuff. So I got several new dresses (one is in the pic below), shirts, pants, some capris and a new pair of shoes!

Other then that I didn't do much of anything over spring break except rest and start studying for my neuro test (I can't wait for a break when I don't have to study for an upcoming test). Oh and I have decided Wednesdays are my favorite TV nights because I get to watch ANTM and then the gauntlet (while Rach and I comment).

I've been walking to class some this week we're having spells of warm gorgeous weather and I'm extremely ready for it to be here to stay. It also saves me a few gallons of gas when I get to walk and that is marvelous considering how ridiculous the gas prices are at the moment and just continuing to climb.

We have caduceus tomorrow, so I have my hair appointment at 3 and my dress has been altered. It's at the exploreum though and there are free appetizers and beverages so that should be fun.

Dad's birthday is Sunday, he'll be 58. So we're having a big lunch (not that we don't just about every Sunday anyway) Sunday and I have to figure out what I'm getting him. I guess that's all for now. There are more pictures of my new clothes in my web album if you'd like to see.
