OCD

I haven't posted in a while, so I thought I should update. Mostly I have been studying, thinking about studying, and doing whatever I can find to put off studying (which is what I'm doing now). We had a histo test on Monday and our final is Friday. If I can just pass this class I will be ecstatic. This is not at all like me, but I have not been focused this semester and that doesn't really work well with medical school. So hopefully things will be alright, I think they will.

Easter was this past weekend and mom and I went shopping for dresses on the Thursday before. I got 4 dresses, all on sale of course, and actually liked them all when I got home and tried them on again. I picked the most formal one for Easter which was actually hard to find because most of them were summery sun dress styles. I am excited about wearing all the other ones the next few weeks to church though.
Easter Dress!
As part of my procrastinating I have been going OCD on lots of things lately. After doing laundry yesterday I decided to color code and organize my closet. Tonight the kitchen grey things/pantry were the victim. I was going to work on the fridge too but I decided that could wait until tomorrow since I have to read some histo tonight before I go to bed.

I haven't been doing too well on my slim fast but I have been exercising here lately. Alex and I went walking this afternoon with Rudy which twas much fun. I am going to have to buy new jeans soon which is good but also sad because I hate shopping for jeans. Hopefully though I will keep losing before I end up getting them. 5.5 more to go to my goal so I should be able to do that before May or at the beginning of May.

Against the MANY warnings of my professors I decided to go get some precancerous cells yesterday because it has been rainy and I need a tan. On the form I filled out before where they ask you your hair and eye color to see how many minutes you should start with there was a question I found very amusing. Have you ever been diagnosed with skin cancer? Then out to the side it said if Yes, don't tan. I laughed out loud, and the little girl working the register looked at me very oddly but I thought it was hilarious.

I guess that's about it for now. I have been talking to a new guy, so we'll see how that goes if he's not a murderer and all. Either way still exciting and new. Other then that, I'll leave you with some pictures from Easter for project 365. And I'm out, to go study some histo :(.
Mom made plenty for at least 10, for the 3 of us. I love my parents.
Opening my Easter basket which was filled with healthy and tasty things. Humming bird cake decorated for Easter and the Strawberry fluff, YUM!
